During my training year within the Digital Department of the Millet Mountain Group, I’ve had the opportunity to show my ability and to be autonomous on my missions. It’s in a friendly atmosphere where each brings its know-how and its added value, where I was able to acquire real skills in digital matters, one of the most important domains of the company. In the light of that experience and of a previous experience in marketing, I’ve had the opportunity to obtain my first permanent job in a company. I work today as Content Manager, with transverse missions for the three brands of the Millet Mountain Group which will be in a constant evolution.

Millet Mountain Group is a company that is growing and moving forward, a dynamic company with real projects. That’s why I wanted to integrate it right after graduating from the textile trade.
Today, I work as a Textile and Equipment Quality Coordinator, which is very enriching personally and professionally because I am always in touch with other departments of the company in France and abroad (with suppliers and quality controllers). While this requires a lot of energy and responsiveness but I am happy to have challenging missions.
Sports enthusiats, mainly outdoor and travels since always.
I turned to sales in order to be able to share and live my passion.
So I went through different specialized or general brands learning all facets of this business which allowed me to travel the world between two missions.
With these experiences, I joined Millet Mountain Group as an assistant for our Lyon boutique where I was quickly given the chance to prove myself and evolve to the position of Manager. From communication to merchandising, through the establishment of partnerships with local actors and of course sales, I now evolve with a lot of autonomy on a very stimulating job by the variety of its tasks.

Since 2011, I have been working in the Equipment Design Office, on backpacks and sleeping bags.
Training engineer, I am in charge of the development of the products, from their conception until their production. In close collaboration with the product manager, the designer, the materials experts and the testing laboratory, as well as the production plants, I occupy a central position within the project team, which makes my job very rich.
Moreover, since 2014, I had the chance to participate to the creation of the Sustainable Development Committee of the company. Its objective is to reduce the environmental impact of the activity of our company in Annecy, by working particularly on waste management, the reduction of consumption (water, energy, paper, …), and the alternative transport of employees. Today the Greenside Committee is a key player in the company’s environmental policy.
