Digital Account Manager DACH Area

This role is suited to a committed candidate with a deep understanding and expertise on digital/online sales and digital marketing. The ideal DAM is an experienced sales driven person with a link to the local sports market within DACH.
The DAM will be responsible to contribute and improve sales according to the MMG strategic growth plan and will play an active role by managing existing digital clients and gaining new clients.
Local relay of the company pure player strategy, the DAM has strong interactions with the HQ teams (Pure-players, digital, marketing) and his accountable for his/her results to the Area Sales Manager of the DACH area.
Amoung his duties, the DAM will be in charge of :
Managing and developing existing KA and source new digital clients according to strategic sales plan
Improving brand visibility and digital awarness
Identifying growth levers and setup actions to improve sell out
Detailed go-to-market planning by client / season
Constant monitoring, analyse and report digital & sales KPI's
Providing proper forecast, sales & assortment planning to dedicated digital client group
He/she will have to hold presentations, whether in the showroom, client location or tradeshows.
Constant visit and client meetings to keep and build up a strong client relation are required.
The DAM will be accountable for digital sales growth, product and Brand promotion on his/her territories, in relation with the HQ and DACH team's support.
- proven knowledge and experience on digital sales & marketing management
- surpassing experience on digital and online related KPI
- previous experience in a digital sales role ideally within a global / DACH organisation
- an authentic user knowledge of sports, outdoor and/or alpine products
- a deep understanding within the outdoor sporting goods market within D-A-CH is a real plus
German native, the candidate is able to communicate fluently in English. French is a plus.
Strong team player, and effective communicator the DAM will interact with HQ teams, DACH sales teams.
Enthusiasm and open mindedness for new business developments, continuous improvements are key to succeed in this role.
Driving license German 3.
