Main roles and responsibilities

As JR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER ECI, your role consists in optimizing the sales and revenue of the company Shops-in-shops and achieve excellence in retail operations effectiveness and efficiency by continuously raise the standard of in-store staff, increasing sales effectiveness and the customer experience.


To do so, your main missions will cover driving Sales & Business, leading store operations and managing in-house staff of our ECI centers.

You Implement marketing activities to stimulate sales performance and take care of Visual Merchandising and Brand presence in order to optimize sell-through at each point of sales.

In relation with the French HQ, you provide qualitative feedback on collection acceptance from final consumers and detect new business opportunities

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor or master degree and 2-5 years' experience, either in a similar position. You have either a knowledge of the sport/mountain industry thanks to your work, or are passionate about sport. Besides, you are strongly interested in sports/outdoor activities. 
Rigorous and autonomous, you have the ability to define and implement projects and to follow-up your dedicated budget. Spanish as a mother tongue, English is compulsory for this position, French would be a plus. We are looking for someone driven by challenges, enthusiastic and curious. 
You have a real hands-on mentality, are flexible, autonomous, assertive and proactive.

  • 2-5 years' experience in similar position
  • Position based in Barcelona, Availability to travel
  • Spanish mother tongue, Fluent in English
