Your missions :
- Expert and service-oriented handling of customer requests via email and telephone
- Product and purchase advice for our mountain sports brands MILLET and LAFUMA as well as professional support for our customers for order, delivery, payment status and complaints
- Responsible for the quality of service and increase customer satisfaction in the B2C customer service

Your profile
- French, Spanish and English knowledge spoken and written
- Strong in communication and balanced personality with a lot of empathy
- Customer and service-oriented appearance, consulting talent
- Responsible working style with strong service mentality
- Routine in PC and telephone application
- Affinity to mountain or outdoor sports 
- Training and first professional experience in a Customer Service Center is a plus
- Further foreign language skills –German/Italian – are a plus

- Our service hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 17:00
