For our Offer department, we are looking for a Marketing Manager (M/F) 
 
Reporting to the Director of Offer & Marketing, you propose and monitor the implementation of the marketing strategy for the development of the Millet and Lafuma brands. 

You design and plan operations to anticipate and satisfy the needs of each brand's consumers, you analyse trends and competition. As the brands' spokesperson, you manage press relations and are responsible for their image in all the company's external communications.
As an essential link between Offer and Sales, you guarantee that your teams can translate the image and positioning of the brands into a Marketing Action Plan adapted to the needs of the field.
 
Through your expertise, you will develop a communication policy and tools for each of the Millet Mountain Group's brands, using all channels (wholesale, retail, digital), adapted to and supporting their international development. 
Your teams provide the content (brand, products/text, visual, video) that can be used and adapted to the different channels. 
 
In addition, you are in charge of internal communication and of corporate communication, with a strong focus on the group's commitment to Sustainable Development.
 

Innovative, creative, able to think out of the box, you know how to manage in project mode in an international environment and within a constrained budget. 

Your commercial sense and knowledge of our markets makes you a key contact for the various internal players, particularly the sales teams.
You have a proven international experience, particularly in communication project management, as well as an operational expertise in external brand communication (minimum 5 to 10 years) and corporate communication. 

In addition, you are an experient team and functional manager of various communication and marketing activation services, particularly in connection with international subsidiaries.  

Fluent professional English is essential in this position.
